Exchange & Return Policy

At KLKAY, we offer a 7-day exchange and return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your fragrance must not be used more than 5%.

To initiate a return, please contact us at klkay.pkcs@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any return-related inquiries, feel free to reach out to us at the above email.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it promptly.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, such as specific fragrances, custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange and Refunds

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take 8 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue for you.

Replacement Policy

If you wish to replace an item due to defect, damage, or receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the original item, and once we receive and assess it, we will process the replacement at no additional cost to you. Replacements are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or allow you to choose an alternative product of equal value.
